Four a Day is four small puzzles that change every midnight: Crowns, Rungs, Thread and Mosaic. They’re free, need no account, and work on phones and computers.

How the puzzles are made

Every puzzle is generated by code and checked by a solver before you see it. Crowns always has exactly one solution. Rungs’ par is the true shortest ladder. Every Mosaic picture can be solved by logic alone, one line at a time. Everyone in the world gets the same daily puzzle; the new one arrives at your local midnight.

Done for the day? Each game has free play with as many extra puzzles as you like. Free play doesn’t affect your streaks.

Four a Day is made in Finland by Samu Tuulos. Rungs uses word lists from SCOWL and 12dicts (licenses).
